We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production Engineer with strong experience in Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Panel Assembly.

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra

Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day production operations on the shop floor for MV panel assembly.
  • Ensure on-time execution of production schedules with adherence to quality standards.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring layouts & assembly drawings.
  • Allocate tasks to team members and monitor productivity and quality output.
  • Troubleshoot issues during assembly and coordinate with design and QA teams.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment with 5S practices.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in MV switchgear/panel assembly (11kV, 33kV).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and busbar assembly.
  • Leadership experience in handling a team of technicians/operators.
  • Familiarity with ISO procedures, lean manufacturing, and safety compliance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
