Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor / Installation Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities related to interior fit-out, furniture, and fixture installations. This role ensures that the project is executed as per drawings, within quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor on-site installation work for furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, and other interior elements.
  • Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Verify site measurements and ensure installations are as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Manage the workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
  • Inspect materials delivered to the site and ensure quality compliance.
  • Maintain daily site reports including work progress, manpower, and material usage.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain site discipline.
  • Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with designers or engineers for technical clarifications.
  • Ensure timely completion of installation activities as per project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits or inspections.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and project reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil,Mechanical, Interior, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Experience in managing residential, commercial, or retail interior projects is an advantage.
