**Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor - Residential Construction**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to maintain workflow.
- Monitor and manage daily progress at the site, including civil, structural, and finishing work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain site records including labour attendance, material usage, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure rectification.
- Manage timelines and support project managers in scheduling and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders for updates and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
- Proficient in reading drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site issues proactively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with local construction laws and BMC regulations.
- Experience with interior finishing and MEP coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
