Identifying Purchase order, preparing job ticket and confirm the material availability
- Issuing Job Ticket, send to all concerned dept. such as purchase / stores / project and checking

material availability as per the Purchase order
- Discuss the job ticket related queries with shop floor supervisor
- Preparing requisition for material which is unavailable in stock / stores
- Follow - up for material arrangements and update on the same for installation of signage
- Timely execution for accurate production and update the information
- Making Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and presentation of the same to the managing

director
- Preparing packing list for material dispatch and checking the final outward before sending the

complete signage to avoid last minute error
- Checking with laboursd for the material return after site installation and providing the data to

stock for inward
- Checking final signage before sending to install on site location and correct preventive measures

& improving errors as well
- Ensuring the delivery of executed material and update to dispatch team
- Adhering deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of material as per Purchase order
- Discuss about material management, dispatch and logistics
- Ensure no material left behind for the site dispatch to save the cost and expense of the project
- Team player, self motivated, positive approach
- Good Communication skills, presentable
- Coordination with the customer site / location / as and when required
- Coordination with Sales Team, Purchase Team and ensure the dispatch to the site location
- Handling Labours, like fitters, helpers, fabrication Team for their attendance related issues
- Ensure the availability of manpower for the site execution work and update loopholes if shortage of manpower
- Quality assurance check
