We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the events and exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and exhibitions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and organizers.
  • Collaborate with internal design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts (agencies, exhibition organizers, marketing teams, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand design solutions and translate client requirements into actionable briefs.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales, client servicing, and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (as needed).
