2. Business Development

  • Build partnerships with local businesses, corporates, schools, and residential societies for collaborations and group memberships.
  • Organize fitness events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract new members.
  • Explore new revenue streams such as corporate wellness programs or online training plans.
