Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager – Sales (Field) to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in field sales.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients through field visits, market research, and cold calling.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Visit customer sites regularly to pitch products/services and understand client requirements.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories.- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.- Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive.- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer acquisition.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.- Proficiency in MS Office.Preferred Attributes:· Strong presentation skills and ability to close high-value deals.· Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
