Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable consulting/franchise solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to present services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team for proposal preparation and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (consulting/real estate/franchise industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
