Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable consulting/franchise solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to present services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the consulting team for proposal preparation and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (consulting/real estate/franchise industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
