
Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into paying members, and helping the studio achieve monthly sales targets. This role involves proactive outreach, client consultations, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
1. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, and outbound calls.
- Conduct consultations and studio tours to convert leads into memberships or personal training packages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue goals.
2. Client Engagement
- Build rapport with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after membership enrollment.
- Follow up with prospects who haven't signed up and encourage renewals.
3. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Participate in events, fitness challenges, or community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
- Collect feedback from members to improve services and offerings.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Report daily activities and performance metrics to the BDM/Studio Manager.
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
