
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in relevant sectors.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, dispatch, and customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Cable Manufacturing Industry or Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
