Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in relevant sectors.
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, dispatch, and customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Cable Manufacturing Industry or Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
