Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, be willing to learn, and have a keen interest in financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Record journal entries and update financial data in databases.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Help in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.

  • Support the senior accountants in handling invoices, payments, and expenses.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Tally / ERP / any accounting software (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Preferred:

  • Internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Understanding of Indian Taxation (GST, TDS) is an advantage.
