Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Account Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 8. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, accounting software (like Tally), and day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts
  • Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with internal teams
  • Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and overall expense management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other financial tools
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
