We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with Income Tax and GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.
  • Assist in Income Tax filings, TDS computation, and monthly/quarterly TDS returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts; handle vendor payments and expense booking.
  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and accounting regulations.
  • Support senior accountants or finance managers in various accounting and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance
  • Experience working with a CA firm or in a similar role in industry.
  • Certification in GST or Income Tax is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
  • Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
