Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, billing, and accounting forms, along with strong proficiency in Excel and Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file statutory forms such as Form 27 and Form 16.
  • Manage and ensure accurate calculation and filing of GST returns and TDS.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal postings, and reconciliation.
  • Generate invoices/billing and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work with Zoho Books (or related accounting software) for all accounting tasks.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and assist in preparing reports.
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory forms (Form 27/16).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Zoho Books (or similar accounting tools).
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
