About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance working.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support in internal and external audits.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and prepare ageing reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and taxation (GST/TDS).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP / any other).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing or trading company accounting.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
