to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth compliance processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle daily accounting entries including payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
  • Maintain ledgers, invoices, and vouchers in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
  • Support in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing, expense tracking, and documentation.
  • Help prepare monthly financial summaries and assist during audits.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in Tally or other accounting software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Working knowledge of
    Tally
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and basic accounting principles.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with accounting in the education or publishing sector will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork
