Accounts Executive – US Accounting (QuickBooks)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive
 preferred who knows 
QuickBooks
 and has experience in 
US accounting
.

The person will handle daily accounting work, bank reconciliation, and help prepare financial reports.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enter daily accounting transactions in 
    QuickBooks Online or Desktop
    .
  • Manage 
    sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
    .
  • Do 
    bank and credit card reconciliations
    .
  • Maintain 
    accounts payable and receivable
    .
  • Prepare 
    monthly reports
     and help with closing books.
  • Communicate with the 
    US team or clients
     for accounting details.
  • Keep records accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
     or similar qualification.
  • 2–5 years' experience
     in accounting (preferably for US clients).
  • Good knowledge of 
    QuickBooks Online/Desktop
    .
  • Basic understanding of 
    US accounting and tax rules
    .
  • Good in 
    Excel
     and attention to detail.
  • Able to 
    speak and write English clearly
    .

Preferred

  • Worked with 
    US-based companies or CPA firms
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    Quick Books
    , 
    Xero, Zoho Books,
    is a plus.

Salary : 35k
