Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, pantry and office premises ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and management.
  • Regular supervision on housekeeping.
  • Managing vendor management related to business cards, letterheads, stickers etc.
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Organizing Festival Pooja's (Diwali), birthday parties, New Year celebrations etc.
  • Support to other departments such as HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Admin department on daily basis
