Front Office Executive

Role Summary: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Office Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for UB Heritage. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Manage daily courier, mail and dispatch services.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing client meetings.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, employee attendance and contact directories.
- Handle basic inquiries about UB Heritages projects and redirect queries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of information.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1- 3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist (experience in real estate/hospitality preferred).
- Basic English language and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
