  • Provide information to callers and take messages as needed
  • Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with sign-in procedures, provide information, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Notify employees of visitor arrivals
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with outgoing mail and courier services as needed
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Keep track of employee and visitor schedules
  • Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
  • Assist with the coordination of office events and activities
  • Security Awareness: Monitor and ensure the security of the premises by following access control procedures
  • Report any security concerns promptly
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
  • Resolve minor issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel
