Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day front desk operations, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing guest queries or complaints promptly. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments to maintain optimal guest experience while upholding the brand's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration and front office operations.
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a hospitality setting.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
