Overview:

As an Assistant Front Office Manager
, you'll be the face and pulse of the retreat — ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth, mindfulness, and attention to detail that defines Woods At Sasan.

You'll support the Front Office Manager in leading the team, managing daily operations, coordinating guest services, and upholding our brand standards of seamless, soulful hospitality. Your role will be key in delivering personalized experiences that blend efficiency with empathy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, ideally within a luxury or boutique hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Proficient in PMS operations and guest experience management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • A calm, composed presence even in high-pressure situations.
  • Deep understanding of guest sensitivity and service personalization.
