To closely monitor.•    Timely inputs to Admin lead for any concerns•    To ensure end to end coordination for successful visit.•    The request is received from the client coordinator / project teamabout the impending client visit.•    Collect the information and connect with client coordinator foraccommodation and transport requirements.
