Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Services Manager located in Hyderabad. The Soft Services Manager will oversee the delivery of essential non-technical services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing cleaning, security, catering, and front-of-house services. The role also involves supervising staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, liaising with clients, and conducting periodic quality assurance checks while addressing and resolving any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, including managing cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Strong organizational and operational skills to manage day-to-day service delivery
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship-building abilities
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using facility management tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field preferred
