Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven CSR Sales professional to generate business opportunities by collaborating with corporates, foundations, and institutions on their CSR initiatives. The role involves understanding client CSR needs, aligning them with our solutions/projects, and building long-term partnerships that create social impact while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach corporates mandated under CSR (per Companies Act, 2013) and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Pitch CSR projects/programs in line with company offerings (education, healthcare, environment, skilling, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to potential CSR partners.
  • Achieve sales targets through CSR funding opportunities and partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design CSR-aligned solutions.
  • Track industry trends, CSR spends, and funding opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at CSR events, forums, and networking platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in Sales / Fundraising / CSR Partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of CSR regulations and practices in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships.
  • Target-driven with proven track record in business development or fundraising.
  • Passion for social impact and community development.
