Fundraising Manager

Position Overview:

The Fundraising & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for leading the foundations fundraising strategy and building strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, and philanthropic organizations. This position will play a pivotal role in securing significant funding to support the organization's mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with a deep understanding of CSR guidelines, proposal writing, donor relations, and long-term partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution:

2. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of Hrudaya Foundation.

3. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including corporate partnerships, individual donors, and philanthropic organizations.

4. Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and high-net-worth individuals to secure long-term support for the foundation.

5. CSR Partnerships & Donor Relations:

6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders.

7. Develop and present tailored proposals to secure funding and sponsorships in alignment with the foundation's mission and values.

8. Ensure that all corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships are in compliance with relevant legal guidelines, including 80G/12A/Section 135 of the Companies Act.

9. Proposal Writing & Impact Reporting:

10. Write compelling proposals, grants, and impact reports to attract funding from diverse sources.

11. Collaborate with the communications and program teams to showcase the impact of donations and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.

12. Relationship Building & Networking:

13. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing donors, stakeholders, and partner organizations.

14. Actively participate in networking opportunities and fundraising events to enhance the foundation's visibility and donor engagement.

15. Monitoring & Reporting:

16. Track fundraising progress and provide regular reports on fundraising activities, targets, and outcomes to the leadership team.

17. Analyze fundraising data to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with the organization's financial goals.

18. Strategic Planning & Collaboration:

19. Collaborate closely with the senior management team to align fundraising efforts with Hrudaya Foundation's long-term objectives.

20. Work with the communications team to create donor recognition programs and ensure appropriate acknowledgment of donors.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor relations, or business development, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sector.

• Proven track record of securing and retaining funding partnerships worth 1–5 Cr across corporate or philanthropic donors.

• Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of CSR guidelines, including 80G/12A/Section 135 of the Companies Act.

• Strong skills in proposal writing, donor lifecycle management, and impact reporting.

• Qualification:

• MBA, Master's in Development Studies, Communications, Social Impact, or a relevant field.

• Age Range:

• 30 – 40 years.
