About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their requirements and positioning our products/services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer information.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and solutions.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
