Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Pune (Bhosari MIDC)
Reports to: Sales Manager
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support outbound sales efforts, manage client communications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales support, CRM, and client servicing in a technical manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales inquiries via email and phone, qualify leads, and update CRM
Coordinate with field sales for demo appointments, sample dispatches, and proposal sharing
Prepare sales quotations and budgetary proposals as per defined templates
Manage sales documentation and customer database
Maintain relationships with resellers and partners through follow-up calls, emails, and updates on promotions
Support tender document preparation and coordinate with the back-office team for GeM uploads
Follow up on order acknowledgments, dispatch schedules, and payment status
Assist in organizing webinars, roadshows, and other virtual/in-person sales events
Maintain records of leads, order history, and customer feedback for reporting and review
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce/Science/Engineering or related field
1–3 years of inside sales or customer support experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM usage is a plus
Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking skills
Preferred AttributesExcellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication
Tech-savvy and comfortable handling product documents
A team player with a proactive learning attitude
