Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Inside Sales Executive. The responsibilities include managing and growing the customer base through lead generation, building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. Providing excellent customer service support and maintaining accurate records to meet sales targets will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and nurture prospects
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address customer needs effectively
- Experience and success in Sales, including achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Pune
- Proficient in using CRM software and data management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or product innovation industries is a plus
