Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Pune. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating and qualifying leads, and driving sales initiatives for the company's logistics technology solutions. The role involves communicating with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service to expand the client base. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and ensure exceptional client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales for driving and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales strategies and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with an ability to collaborate across diverse departments effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and hands-on experience in B2B sales processes is an added advantage.
