Admin Executive – Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Admin Executive to oversee the daily administrative operations of our institute. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth student coordination, efficient front office management, and seamless support for the technical team, contributing to a positive and professional learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage front-desk operations: greet visitors, respond to student inquiries, and handle phone/email communication.
Oversee inventory management: monitor stock levels, order supplies, and organize storage for operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate student records, including registrations, fee collections, and course schedules.
Assist in coordinating classes, trainer schedules, and classroom arrangements.
Handle administrative documentation, data entry, and prepare reports.
Support marketing activities: track walk-ins, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate promotional events.
Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Liaise with vendors, trainers, and students to meet day-to-day requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
PGT teachers specializing in Science or Mathematics with strong administrative aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally gained in an educational or training institute.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
