Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining office organization, supporting management, and ensuring that documentation, collections, and bookkeeping tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Handle documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Make and follow up on collection calls professionally.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for management.
  • Support leadership with personal assistant duties as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing attitude to foster a friendly office environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration, accounting support, or personal assistance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality.
