Job Description:
The Office Cum Administrative Incharge will provide comprehensive support to the Director and ensure smooth administrative operations of the office. The role includes managing day-to-day office activities, correspondence, documentation, vendor coordination, and general administrative support to maintain an efficient and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering direct phone calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments/meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record management
- Handling general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
- Oversee office upkeep, facility repairs, and vendor coordination
- Manage procurement, maintenance of assets, and inventory control
- Support HR functions, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Assist the Director with personal and professional administrative tasks
Candidate Profile:
- Any Batchler Degree, Preferably in Business Management
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Office Maintenance or Administration Department.
- Proficient in Ms Office application and other related software tools.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
- Rapid typewriting and data entry skills
- Ability to manage laborers, vendors, and procurement processes
- Tech-savvy with a proactive and responsible approach
