Role & responsibilities

Travel Desk

  1. Shift transport - Tracking, Arrangements, Payments

  2. Arranging cab on request

  3. Company Vehicle Administration (incl. Ambulance)

  4. Incharge for Employees vehicle parking zone

Plant Housekeeping Management

  1. Overseeing the Housekeeping of the premises of the plant

  2. Incharge for Garden

  3. Taking action Pest Control Measures - Coordinate with pest control agency

Canteen Management

  1. Overall Canteen Management - Quality, Count, Menu, Time and Tidiness

  2. Organiser for Canteen Committee

  3. Cafeteria Management

Hospitality Management

  1. Arranging Company guest House for Employees

  2. Coordinating with Hotel Team for Room Booking

  3. Organising Hall and Food Arrangements for Employee Engagements 4. Coordinating internal functions & fun activities

Other General Administration

  1. Collecting and arranging Stationery items to all department

  2. Drinking Water & Cooler manintenance

  3. Overseeing and Coordinating the Security personnel

  4. Coordinate to prepare the Monthly Administration Reports

  5. Uniform and Welcome Kit Distribution

  6. Creche Administration

  7. Cooperate to all bills & payments on Administration activities

Preferred candidate profile

Only factory experience required, people who are working on corporate not eligible.
