Role & responsibilities

*We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our HR team as a Human Resource Executive/Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records and Office administration.

*They should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

*Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

*Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

*Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.

*Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist with the selection and offer process.

*Provide a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback.

*Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.

*Support other HR functions, including employee onboarding, engagement activities, and administrative tasks.

*Assist with the implementation of HR policies, Administration works and Emp related programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Freshers from 2025 with Any UG and if PG - HR and Administration related candidates only preferred.

Good Communication Skills.

Excel, Tally and other skills are added advantage.
