Role: Head of Institutional Sales
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Institutional Sales to drive growth through strong partnerships with schools, training centers, and educational institutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the institutional sales strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships, and creating scalable channels for product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the institutional sales strategy for schools and education partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, and decision-makers at institutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for school partnerships, collaborations, and channel sales.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, closures, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with the Growth/Marketing team for lead generation campaigns targeting schools.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term retention of institutional clients.
- Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue from institutional channels.
- Represent company at events, conferences, and education forums to build visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in institutional/enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, school partnerships, or B2B education programs.
- Proven track record of selling to schools, training centers, or similar institutions.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exposure to SaaS/tech solutions is a plus (not mandatory).
