Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar market.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and field visits
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to post-sale support
- Maintain sales records and pipeline updates in ERP
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments
- Build trusted relationships with customers, consultants, and decision-makers
• Overall sales and business development of the company
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Female candidates are preferred
