Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Administration Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Regional Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration and operational activities of the regional branches. Key tasks include managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role will also involve strategizing and implementing policies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, office management, and operational activities
  • Proficiency in staff management and team coordination
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to strategize and implement policies for operational efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
