
Call Center Executive

Job description
A Call Centre Executive serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. They manage inbound and outbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call centre software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.
* There will be no Night Shift or Target.
