Job Title: Manager – Real Estate Sales & Operations

Location: Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Manager will oversee day-to-day real estate sales operations, manage the sales team, ensure target achievement, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires leadership, market knowledge, and a strategic approach to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Manage and motivate sales teams to improve performance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.

Maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, and investors.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations.

Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Good understanding of local property laws and market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹350,000.00 per year
