About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FMS Manager to oversee and coordinate Facility Management Services across our sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services.
- Supervise and monitor facility staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all assets and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), vendor payments, and service logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for facility-related requirements.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost tracking, and reports.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Handle audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Continuously improve facility processes for cost and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility or Property Management.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
- Strong problem-solving and vendor negotiation abilities.
