We're looking for a skilled Facility Manager to oversee our auditorium and ensure every event is a success As the face of our facility, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and providing top-notch service to our clients and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Keep our auditorium spotting cleanliness, safety, and readiness 24/7
  • Coordinate event logistics, bookings, and schedules with clients and partners
  • Be the go-to contact for clients, vendors, and event organizers
  • Lead maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure accessibility standards are met
  • Foster a welcoming environment for all users, including those with disabilities

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  • 7-8 years of experience in facilities management, events, or hospitality
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a inclusive environment
