Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and execution of monetization strategies, drive revenue and profit growth, and manage key agency and brand relationships. The ideal candidate will combine analytical prowess with a strategic mindset, playing a key role in contributing to Tira's business growth and digital monetization objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in monetization, brand management, or business development within the beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail channels
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI from monetization initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities

Educational Qualification: Master's in marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own & build relationships for the ads team with key brands and agencies
  • Generate high value opportunities for brands by presenting ads solutions with structure, best practice case studies, confidence and compelling supporting data
  • Develop new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand strategies
  • Oversee campaign management of the ad portfolio of top clients, including on-boarding, consulting and meeting goals
  • Work closely with product, marketing, operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand business
  • Be responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations for the portfolio
