We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will be responsible for building our web applications along with being a team player. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ads Manager to manage, sell, and optimize advertising inventory across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee ad operations end-to-end from managing the Google Ad Manager (GAM) account to liaising with agencies and direct clients for ad sales, ensuring maximum inventory utilization and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor ad inventory across digital platforms.
- Plan and allocate ad slots to optimize fill rates and revenue.
- Track and report on available and sold inventory.
- Sell inventory slots to brands, agencies, and private advertisers.
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
- Pitch advertising opportunities, negotiate rates, and close deals.
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns via Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Ensure timely campaign delivery and adherence to targeting and creative specifications.
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure creatives meet platform standards.
- Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and industry benchmarks.
- Identify new monetization opportunities and suggest innovative ad formats or partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ad sales, digital marketing, or media operations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Strong understanding of digital ad formats (display, video, native, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking tools.
- Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in programmatic ad sales or PMP deals.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance insights.
- Understanding of brand safety & view-ability.
