NPR Design is a results-driven performance marketing and content agency with 15+ years of experience. We are now looking for a highly analytical, platform-savvy Performance Marketing Expert to join our fast-paced team.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and automation tools like Zapier, and who is passionate about scaling qualified leads and improving ROI across multiple client industries.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Strategy & PlanningBuild full-funnel, cross-channel performance marketing strategies to meet client goals in lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion.
  • Own planning and performance across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), and LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns.
  • Customize targeting based on ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) using platform-native tools (LinkedIn Matched Audiences, Meta Lookalike Audiences, etc.).

  • Campaign Execution & OptimizationLaunch and manage campaigns end-to-end: ad creation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel building, and remarketing strategies.

  • Execute high-intent LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen and high-CTR Google PPC/Search Ads with focused keyword strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement with Meta Ads' advanced targeting layers (demographics, behaviors, and custom audiences).
  • Leverage Zapier integrations for lead sync, CRM workflows, and automated follow-ups.

  • Analytics, Reporting & AutomationMonitor KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, and engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.

  • Build and share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights using Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
  • Automate lead qualification and nurturing sequences using Mailchimp, MailerLite, and CRM tools.
  • Implement robust tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, and event-based tracking.

  • Martech Stack & Landing PagesDevelop and manage conversion-ready landing pages via WordPress, ensuring fast load time, mobile responsiveness, and SEO hygiene.

  • Set up conversion APIs, custom events, and tag management using Google Tag Manager and Zapier workflows for seamless lead flow.
