Ad Operations Executive – Programmatic (Publisher Side)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site / Hybrid)
About the Role
CloudTV is looking for a
Junior Manager – Programmatic
to manage programmatic demand and ad monetization across our FAST channels and connected TV ecosystem.
The role sits at the intersection of
operations, yield, and partnerships
— ensuring that our ad stack delivers optimal fill rates, CPMs, and seamless viewer experiences across video, banner, and native placements.
You'll work hands-on with
Aniview
for ad serving and SSAI, and manage programmatic demand from leading SSPs and DSPs including
Google, Magnite, PubMatic, and The Trade Desk
. You'll also collaborate closely with
SpringServe
for native, tile, and banner ad delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day programmatic operations
across Aniview, SpringServe, and Google Ad Manager for both CTV and display inventory. - Set up, monitor, and optimize demand
from SSPs (Google, Magnite, PubMatic) and DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk). - Configure and manage
SSAI-based ad delivery
for FAST channels via Aniview, ensuring smooth stitching and ad playback. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Analytics, Sales) to execute and troubleshoot ad integrations and delivery.
- Run
performance and yield analyses
— tracking fill rate, eCPM, viewability, and latency to identify improvement opportunities. - Onboard and activate new demand partners
, testing new programmatic connections and supply paths. - Manage
PMP and PG deal setups
and ensure proper reporting and pacing across platforms. - Work with SpringServe for
native / tile / banner ad management
, including creative troubleshooting and inventory optimization. - Maintain clean, compliant, and brand-safe inventory across all channels.
- Stay current with the latest
CTV programmatic standards, identity solutions, and privacy frameworks
(e.g., IAB Tech Lab, OpenRTB 2.6).
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in
programmatic ad operations or publisher monetization
. - Hands-on experience with
Aniview, SpringServe, or Google Ad Manager
(CTV and display). - Familiarity with
SSPs (Google, Magnite, PubMatic)
and
DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk)
. - Good understanding of
SSAI workflows
, ad stitching, and VAST / VPAID troubleshooting. - Proficiency with
Excel
,
Looker Studio
, or similar tools for performance tracking and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose fill and performance issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across internal and external teams.
- Curiosity about CTV, OTT, and evolving programmatic trends.
