Assistant Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers for Contract, Purchase Order, appointment and Payment Follow-ups.
Maintain Daily PO Tracker, Fill rate. Check in Amendments of PO.
Record and track stock data at factory as well as depot & Coordinate with planning team for stock transfer to depots. Maintain inventory as per forecast.
Manage claims against shortages/damages and process the same with accuracy and timeliness.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required.
Co-ordinate with the Category Managers
Responsible for aging stock, receivable reports & daily dispatch report.
Preparing MIS reports as per requirement.
Candidate Specification :
Bachelors level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies with 3+ years of experience in Food or Beverage industry
Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication & management skills
