Job Title : Key Account Manager- DSA

Department: Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network for personal loans. The role involves achieving sales targets, optimizing digital processes, and maintaining strong partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

i. DSA Management: Onboard, engage, and enhance DSA productivity.

ii. Sales Targets: Drive personal loan disbursements and address performance gaps.

iii. Process Optimization: Ensure policy compliance and streamline digital operations.

iv. Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors; provide strategic insights.

v. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to boost conversions and mentor DSAs.

vi. Reporting: Present performance and market insights to leadership.

Key Requirements:

i. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing DSAs, preferably in the NBFC, banking, or fintech sectors.

ii. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Not a Gating criteria)

iii. Skills:

a) Team Management Skills.

b) Expertise in personal loans, DSAs, Channel Management.

c) Strong knowledge of risk, legal, and compliance aspects of lending.

d) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

e) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

f) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

g) Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology platforms for lead and partner management.
