Inside Sales Professional

Focusing on selling a company's products or services remotely, primarily through phone, email, and other digital channels, The companys existing clients are spread all over India however servicing the needs of those is the key responsibility in the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Delivering persuasive sales pitches.
Cultivating strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and build trust.
Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
Providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining and managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
Accurately recording all customer interactions and sales data in database.
Working effectively with other team members and departments to achieve sales goals.
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor information, and product knowledge through training and self-study.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely and accurate submission of Quotations and government tenders.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, presentation and closing.
