Senior Technical Sales Engineer

HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, and system integrators
. - Identify potential projects, promote Omicron products, and ensure their inclusion in
project BOQs and technical specifications
. - Conduct regular visits to
HVAC and BMS consultants, clients, and system integrators
to strengthen relationships and identify upcoming opportunities. - Prepare and submit
quotations and technical proposals
in line with client requirements and project needs. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure
repeat business and long-term retention
. - Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and project movements
, providing valuable insights to management for strategic planning and product positioning. - Consistently achieve assigned
sales and business development targets
within the designated territory. - Maintain proper records of
client visits, inquiries, quotations, and project tracking
, and report progress regularly to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in
Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
. - 3–6 years of experience working with
HVAC/BMS consultants
for product approvals. - Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
abilities with a
professional, self-driven, and target-oriented
approach.
